• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days, flat rate $6.99

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $70 or more.

• Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Crew Wisp Lamps proudly serves customers across all 50 states of the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. Box addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility in USA, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
